Pier Angela Warner

WarnerPier

Pier Angela Warner was born on February 26, 1959 in Columbus, Ohio to Beuford Keith Warner and Mary Alice (Bane) Warner. She was an extraordinary and loving woman who was called home on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 after a long fight with cancer.

Pier who everyone called “Angel”, never knew a stranger, her home was always open to all. She loved having people over and filling their stomachs with a good home cooked meal. Angel loved her family to the extent that she became caregiver to her elderly great aunt who suffered from dementia. There was nothing she would not do for family and friends. Among her many talents she was a phenomenal seamstress, who could save any hole or tear. Her hobbies were knitting and completing puzzles. Angel will be greatly missed.

Pier was proceeded in death by her love, Wayne Bosley; son, Pierre Bosley; parents, Beuford Keith and Mary Alice Warner; and brother, Lepredro A. Warner.

Pier is survived by daughters, Tiffany Warner and Shawndera Warner; grandchildren, Anikqua Williams, Felicia Chapman, Ashanti Jenkins, Adavianna Chapman, Marnisha Alston, Adriana Davis, Juan Thomas Jr., and Kartier Bosley; niece, Teyuna Braswell; nephew, Lepedro Warner Jr.; aunt, Gloria Sams; God sister, Kim R. Berryman; and a host of great grandchildren and cousins.

Condolences to Vera’s family in this time of sorrows. I worked with her for years at ODOC. She was always so smart, genuine and loving. I am so shocked and sad to learn of her passing. God bless you and know that she is precious in the Lord’s eyes and is now surely resting in peace in his loving arms.
