Randall Carter was born December 26, 1954 in Roanoke, VA. He went home to be with the Lord on July 11, 2019.
Randall attended school in Warren, Ohio and Roanoke City Schools. He loved his family and loved to travel, and fishing. He lived an adventurous life. He married his loving wife Darlene Brown-Carter on July 16, 2016.
He is preceded in death by mother Rachel Russell, father James Wayne Wright, and sister Mary Esther Welch.
He leaves to cherish his memory Loving wife Darlene Brown-Carter, children Jarrel Syner, Charlotte Saunders, and Ebony High, siblings Dwight (Barbara) Carter, Oscar (Lessie) Carter, Durwood (Brenda) Mallory, Janice Welch-Linwood, Pamela Douglas, Tericae Young, Gwendolyn Cobbs, and Rosa Mallory, also a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
