Robert Davis, Jr., 44 years young, was born in Columbus, Ohio to Robert and Lisa Davis. he was the first born of two children. He attended Linden McKinley High School where he played varsity football both as an offensive and defensive player.
Robert had a special quality that seemed to make everyone he met become his friend. He had a smile that could light the night sky even after he lost a front tooth. Robert was working as a handyman when he was called home to the Lord. Unexpectedly. He will be greatly missed.
Robert is preceded in death by his father, Robert Davis, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Lisa Davis, sister, Hazel Davis, daughters, Monica and Latavia (LaLa) Davis, son, Cortez Davis, nieces, Makyja and Alicia Davis, nephew, DaMon Davis, many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends

I just want you to know that I miss you brother. We didn’t always get along, but at the end of the day we knew we loved each other. Your with daddy now, please hug him for me and y’all be good.
Robert, thank you for everything you’ve done for the family. You would always help everyone. You are a good dad , a good cook , a good driving teacher & much more. You will be missed, we all love you & you & all the memories will remain in our hearts.

Lil Rob you know I am still in disbelief that your not here with us no more you was just talking about your kids birthday. And how we was going to get my yard n basement together my G. I knew something was wrong that day on March 28th n we just talked two days prior man ur going to missed by your friends on the G street man . Words cannot even convey how I feel or what I felt upon hearing about the death of Robert Davis Jr.,or as everyone called him Robert Jr, I have fond memories of him and yes he had a readily smile. And always willing to help my heart is saddened. And my condolences are to Lisa,Hazel and to his children. I shall forever remember him with a smile he was a cool guy.
