Robert Jeffrey Pearson was born July 21, 1953 to Sarah Pearson-Martin, and Jeffrey Jones. He went home to be with the Lord on September 30, 2019.

He was educated in the Birmingham, Alabama public school system where he achieved his diploma. Robert had a great love for music. As a child he would sing and perform in front of family and friends. He became an entertainer performing in many night clubs in Birmingham, Alabama until his relocation to Columbus, Ohio.

After he relocated to Columbus, he continued to sing and perform with several music groups. Outside of his music he worded various jobs as an entrepreneur in home improvement.

Robert was preceded in death by parents Sarah Pearson-Martin, and Jeffrey Jones, son Sa’Rahn Stewart-Pearson, sisters Delisa Pearson, and Paula Pearson.

He leaves to cherish his memory with children Robert Williamson, Jeffrey, and Destinique, brother Anthony (Geraldine) Pearson, sisters Belinda (Calvin) Pearson, Francis McCullum, Sheila (Nathan) Coleman of Birmingham, AL., Phyllis Pearson, Pamela Pearson, Pauline Pearson, and Monica Taylor, also a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Visitation 11:00 AM and Funeral Service 12:00 PM Friday, October 11, 2019 at MARLAN GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST 5456 E. Livingston Ave.

Interment at Eastlawn Cemetery.
