God’s promise to Robert Hunter Sr. came true on Tuesday July 26, 2022. He was 76.
Bobby was born August 11,1945 to parents, Adron Hunter and Eula Shultz in Central City, KY. He graduated from Central City High School class of 1963, Following graduation he found and married his best friend, the love of his life Theresa. Bobby was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather
As a young man he learned early to work hard and support his family, leading him to be an entrepreneur and honored employee at General Motors, Where He retired after 27 years of service.Always putting God first, and being of strong Christian faith, Bobby was a member of Providence Baptist Church.
Bobby is survived by his two sons, Robert Lee Hutner Jr. and Adrian Hunter Sr., 10 grandchildren including Alicia, Ebony, Adrian Jr and Kiara Hunter who he shared a special bond with.; 10 great grandchildren including Christopher, Joshua, and Nicholas Hunter; one brother, Leroy (Clarice) Willis of Central City, KY; special sister in law Fertang Strayhorn of Greensboro, NC and fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many good friends including Bengi, F.D. and Robert Carr.
In addition to his loving wife of 53 years Theresa Hunter, Bobby was preceded in death by his parents Adron Hunter and Eula Shultz; his sisters, Lena Make Baker and Clara Ann Barnhill and one great grandson, Quaclir Hunter.
Family will receive friends at their home, Wednesday and Thursday 4-7pm.
Mr. Hunter was always pleasant when you ran into him somewhere with a smile. Praying for the family.

I had the opportunity to meet Mr Hunter many years ago he was very kind to me is what I will always remember about him.
