Robert Julius “Snowball” Stovall Jr. was born on April 28, 1952 to Minnie Mae Shellow and the late Robert Julius Stovall, Sr. in Beckley, West Virginia. Robert sadly departed this life on June 25, 2021.

Robert touched many lives, and hearts, and he loved music, and his family.

Robert is preceded in death by his dad, Robert Julius Stovall Sr.; father, Joseph R.L. Banks, Sr.; and nephews, Haneef Hasan, and Stephen Banks.

Robert leaves to cherish his memory, his son, Robert Wyche-Stovall; mother, Minnie Banks; sisters, Gloria (David) Allen, Joyce Hasan, Anita Banks, Connie Banks, Alberta Banks, and Patricia Banks; brother, Joseph Banks III; a host of nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews; as well as many friends, including but not limited to Hank Straty of Bluestone Bar; special friend, Diane Wyche; Monique Chetham; brothers-in-law, Douglass Willoughby and Thomas Pringle, Jr.

Robert will be forever missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.

Visitation 1:00pm and Memorial Service 2:00pm Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE NORTH, 2500 Cleveland Ave.
