Dad. At 6am I was given the news of your passing. I’m not sure how to process this, as the last several years we’ve been distant. I’ve been going through our messages and the memories of getting to see you and visit with you. Looking at your pictures, recognizing my smile and personality through yours. I miss you so much. So so much and I’m sorry I didn’t try harder to reconnect out of my own bitterness and stubbornness. I miss our banter and the wealth of knowledge you always shared with me. I love you fiercely, please know. Rest forever in the arms of Heaven dad, you are so loved and so missed here on Earth.
