Rosa Lee Tucker, 64, Sunrise November 23, 1945 – Sunset January 5, 2010. A graduate of Delaware Hayes High School. Rosa Lee was preceded in death by her mother Mable Brown, father Sammie Penn and brother Donald Taylor. Left to cherish her memory daughters Ella Tucker and Audra Tucker, son Eddie Tucker; sisters Donna Lee Black, Margo (Nate) Terry, Linda Madison, Shelia Moss and Ramona Lowe, brothers Thomas Penn, Robert Penn, Jeffery Penn, Victor Brown and Gregory Penn, former spouse Eddie Tucker Sr., 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and a host of other family and friends.
