Sally B. Gregory, age 86, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 27, 2021, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She was born February 13, 1935, in Greenville, South Carolina, to Silas Thomas and Ceatrice (Sales) Garrison. Sally was employed at the Ohio State where she retired in 2013.
Sally joined Christian Valley Church and became a faithful and active member. She was a proud member of the charitable auxiliary called the “Busy Bees”. She dearly loved her church family, Pastor Fitzgerald and First Lady Monica. She loved fishing, music, and entertaining. Sally was known for her sense of fashion and her trademark hats.
Sally is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Gregory; parents, Silas Thomas and Ceatrice Garrison; sisters, Sue Ellison, Clara Hudson, and Roberta Walker; brothers, Thomas Clarence and Silas “Sonny”.
Sally leaves to cherish her memory brother, Eugene Garrison; daughters, Terry, Janeen, and Veronica; sons, Rodney, Johnny, Anthony, and Cleve; 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Sally will be missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
Visitation 10:00am and Funeral 11:00am Monday, January 3, 2022 at Christian Valley Baptist Church, 3330 Scottwood Road.
Interment at Evergreen Burial Park.
