Sally Mary Isaac was born in Covington, TN. to beloved parents Horace and Dora Broadnax. She was the youngest of 10 children.

Sally’s parents and family were active in the church. At a young age, Sally dedicated her life to the Lord. Being a musically talented and gifted family, Sally and her siblings formed a gospel music group and would travel to churches in different states as they became more well known.

In addition to being active in the church, Sally also chose the healthcare field as her profession. She had a giving and caring heart. Having been raised by Godly parents, Sally instilled those same Godly principles and values into her own children.

Sally is preceded in death by her husband, Pastor Daniel O. Isaac; parents, Horace and Dora Broadnax; siblings; and son, James Earl.

Left to cherish Sally’s memory are her five daughters, Mary H. Burnett of California, Ruthie T. Jorgensen of Wisconsin, Ida L. Carmon of Delaware Ohio, Phyllis J. Douglas, and Helen F. Ussery both of California; fifteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
