Condolences for the family of “Sandra Kay Foster”

Condolence from Joan Kraner on March 16th, 2021 11:53 am

I am shocked and sad that Sandi left us so soon. She was my friend, mother.work associate, Y&R buddy, my strength in tough times always reminding me God will prevail. She was a strong spiritual warrior, and I am sure she is at peace and cooking for the Lord.

Condolence from LaToya Taylor on March 16th, 2021 2:36 pm

Sending my sincerest condolences to the family. Ms. Sandi was a work Mother to me. She was the first and last person I would see in and out of the office for 6 years of my life. She called me friend, and meant it. May God rest her soul.

Condolence from Brooke Benedict on March 16th, 2021 6:43 pm

When I transferred to the Columbus CB office to be closer to family after my mom died, on day one Sandi took me under her wing. I will be forever grateful for her compassion and love. It was always fun hearing about her trips to the casinos and what a good time she had with her friends. I remember the best thing about our staff meetings was Sandi’s maple bacon…everyone fought to get in line for seconds and thirds. Sandi…and her hugs…will be sorely missed.

Condolence from Negla Ross James on March 17th, 2021 9:38 pm

Mamma Sandi ran the CB office like a Mamma Bear. Didn’t matter if you were the Managing Director or Janitor, she gave an equal amount of love, correction, and advice.

After leaving CB, she reached out to me to provide comfort and support when my daughter’s father passed.

She even once made a Broker stop traffic on High St. so she could jump out and give me a hug. That was my last time seeing her, and I will never forget how full of energy and love she was. Rest in Heaven. You have earned it, Diva. <3

We are sending our prayer to the family. We pray that God comforts you in your sorrow. Sandy was a beautiful mother, friend and sister. She would give the shirt off her back and think nothing of it. Please know the Lord comforts and will have compassion.

Condolence from Sheila Prince on March 20th, 2021 12:15 am

Sandi was more then a co-worker to me, she was my friend and sister. We ended up moving down the street from each other and she drove me to work in the winter because I was afraid to drive in the snow and ice. She made every event in our office and outside the office look like it was catered by an expert. I’m so grateful to have had someone so caring, stern, loving, giving and motherly in my life. She will forever have a place in my heart.

Sandi was the lifeblood of our office at CBRE! We absolutely adored her so much. She impacted a lot of people in a positive way.

Condolence from Sherry Patton on March 23rd, 2021 2:23 pm

So sorry to hear this wonderful lady has left us so soon. Rest in Peace Sandi.

Condolence from Judy Chapmon on March 25th, 2021 9:18 am

I am so saddened about the loss of my friend Sandi. As I read all the CBRE stories, yes these are all true and there are too many to tell really. I will never forget the time Sandi and I arrived at the CB office at 4am to cook three turkey’s in slow cookers for the office Thanksgiving luncheon. She wanted everyone to enjoy the smells and flavors of Thanksgiving and poured her soul into making sure EVERYONE enjoyed a home cooked meal. For 10 years we ate lunch together in the breakroom from 12:30-1:30 so we could watch The Young & The Restless together. She dog sat for my Jessie and Sandi and Ron even helped me move into my condo. So, So, So many memories we shared together. She touched my soul and many others. I will miss you my dear friend forever and will think of you every day especially at 12:30.

I WILL TRULY MISS SANDY. WE TRAVELED MANY MILES TOGETHER. SHE WOULD SHARE ANY THING SHE HAD. HER SMILE WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN. SHE WILL BE REMEMBERED BY EVERY ONE THAT TRAVELED ON MY BUS.
TO BE ABSENT FROM THE BODY IS TO BE PRESENT WITH LORD.

Condolence from Sandy Hensel on March 29th, 2021 11:24 am

Today would have been Sandi’s 73rd birthday. In my heart I still can not believe that she is not with us on this earth any longer. To think of us getting together as our company does, and not getting hugs, and stories and laughs from her, tears me up. 24 years of knowing Sandi are years that will not be forgotten.
She was kind to my kids and grand kids and always gave my husband Tom, a HUGE hug.
Our days of working together, cleaning the kitchen together, office parties, celebrations, decorating for Christmas, always, always, as loving friends. Sandi made the world a better place with her laugh and her dances and her silly things she would say.
I look forward to doing the “birthday dance” with her again, one day.
I will miss my friend.

Condolence from Bill Geary on March 29th, 2021 5:03 pm

To my lunch-buddy (at Milestone), Sandi. I’ll miss you!
