Sheila Kay Davis, 63, passed away on November 22, 2021. Sheila was born on May 3, 1958 in Mansfield, OH to Cornell Davis Sr. and Kattie Davis.
Sheila graduated from Mansfield Senior High School and retired from the work force in 2018. She enjoyed taking long walks and watching movies. Sheila absolutely loved the evenings spent on the porch laughing and talking with her daughters.
She is preceeded in death by her parents, Cornell Davis Sr. and Kattie Davis; brothers, Edward Davis and Howard Earl Davis; sisters, Christine Davis, Mary Delores Davis and Edith Malone; niece, Rita Davis and nephew, Corey Davis.
Sheila is survived by daughters Brandy (Randy) Brooks and Teaka (Sam) Thomas; sisters Kattie Davidson, Minnette Brooks and Pasty Jean Davis; brothers, Cornell (Cynthia) Davis Jr and Harry Agnew; grandchild, Khirye (Elizabeth) Tyler, Kasmir Holland, Eyrihk Murphy, Dezeon Brooks, Emily Thomas, Aareon Brooks, DaiShuan Davis, DaVon Davis, Jahlil Brooks and Kaison Thomas; 5 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation 10:00am and Funeral 11:00am Friday, December 3, 2021 at Providence Baptist Church 112 W. 6th St. Pastor Mark Cobb, Eulogist. Interment at Mansfield Cemetery.

So sorry to hear of the loss of my childhood friend. Although I haven’t seen Shelia in decades, I’d continued to think about her. She’s the type of person who leaves an everlasting impression on you!

To my loving family I am deeply saddened by another family member passing. I will always have very fond memories of Sheila’s magnetic smile and wonderful laughter. My heart goes out to all of my family during our bereavement. I love all of you and I will keep praying for all of us. Sheila is now resting safely with our Lord and Saviour.

I am sorry to hear of the passing of my childhood friend even though I haven’t seen Shelia in years I always wonder how she’s doing my condolences to the family there’s no greater love than that of a mother may God wrap his Loving arm’s around you and give you comfort.
