Visitation 11:00am and Funeral 12:00pm Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at Shiloh Baptist Church, 720 Mt. Vernon Ave.

Interment at Green Lawn Cemetery.

  9. Shelia was always such an electric and vibrant personality around the courthouse. She and Robyn had that no nonsense sort of charm that kept you on your toes while also making you at ease. She was a great lady who will be missed by all.
