Shena Mackey & Sa’Kye Jackson

Jackson 2

Sa’Kye Jackson arrived on April 25, 2022. A blessing laid softly into the arms of his parents, Shena Mackey and
Trayvon Jackson. Although Sa’Kye was with his family for a brief moment, that’s all the time he needed to change
the lives of those he touched forever. Our family is forever changed and forever grateful to have spent this brief,
but incredibly meaningful, time with Sa’Kye.

He is survived by his father; Trayvon Jackson, brother; Si’Jhon Brooks, great grandmothers; Sheila Mackey, Marion Howard and Gloria Jackson, grandmothers; Tonya Mackey and Tracy Kojo, grandfather; Tracey Jackson and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Shena T’Naja Mackey, of Columbus, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Mach 10, 2023. Shena, 28, was a beloved
mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and fiancé. Shena Mackey was born on October 1, 1994 to Tonya Mackey (mother)
and Damien Forney (father). After high school, Shena worked different jobs enjoying the variety of life. She enjoyed
working in the healthcare field mainly with MRDD clients. Shena enjoyed dancing and telling jokes. She was most
passionate about her family and friends. Shena received great joy spending time with her children, siblings, friends,
nieces, and nephews. Anyone who crossed paths with Shena knew she had a heart of gold.

Shena was preceded in death by her sons; Symier Hairston and Sakye Jackson, grandfather; Carl E. Mackey, grandmother;
Brenda Forney, great grandmother; Annette Kirkling, uncle; Anthony Kirkling, and cousin; Jaron Kirkling.

She is survived by grandmother; Sheila Mackey, mother; Tonya Mackey, sisters; Alisha Clark(Jason), Shanyce
Nesbitt (Cameron), Katina Mackey, and Naomi Mackey, brothers; Kevin Dooley, D’Angleo Hall, and Ty’Dreuis
