Sylvia Turner age 63 passed Thursday January 10th, 2019 at home surrounded by family.

Graduate of Marion Franklin High School. Retired from Victoria Secret’s.

Preceded in death by father Rudolph Waters Sr.; mother Juanita Waters; brothers Rudulph Waters Jr., Randolph Waters, and William Waters; granddaughter Alaija King-Fallins.

Survived by husband Blaine Turner; son James Lee Scott Jr; daughters Juanita Scott, Cassandra (Manning) Tarver; brother Fred(Theresa); sisters JoAnn Drake, Yvonne(Jerome) Davis; loving sisters-in-laws, 17 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; special friends Brenda Moon, Ruby Stevens, James Lyte, and Rodney Martin; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Visitation 11:00am and Funeral 12:00pm Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Higher Ground Always Abounding, 870 St. Clair Ave.
