Tawana Cummings of Columbus, Ohio was born September 25, 1964 in Augusta, GA to the late Margaret “Mickie” Gunter.
She entered into rest at her residence in Columbus, Ohio on June 1, 2020
Tawana was preceded in death by her mother Margaret, father Horace, daughter Tee Tee Cummings. Grandmother Mary Cummings Hill, one uncle Robert “Akmed” Cummings Jr. Two aunts Gwendolyn “Tinkie” Cummings and Mary “Joyce” Cummings.
She leaves to cherish her memories; a special friend Hutt, grandfather Robert Cummings Sr. of Thomson, GA. One uncle Raymond (Buncille) Cummings of Thomson, GA. Four aunts, Nellie & Cindy Cummings of Columbus, Ohio. Jeanette (Otis) Nwankwo-Martin of Warrenton, GA. Marion (Ricky) Hester of Thomson, GA and host of cousins, other relatives and friends

The family will be holding a Memorial to celebrate Tawana’s life at a later date.
