Terrilene Marshall was born on February 25, 1958 in Cleveland, Ohio to the union of Mr. Frank and Mrs. Amanda Marshall. In 1966, Terrilene was baptized at an early age at Second Metropolitan Baptist Church. The Lord called her home to be reunited with her parents and siblings on June 18, 2014.

Ms. Tee attended Cleveland Public Schools and graduated from East Technical High School in 1975 with her sister Earline. After graduation, she began to work for Halley Brothers Department store until her accident in 1978. Despite her disability, she had many talents that she explored. She loved playing cards and dominoes, to be the life of the party, was very creative in writings and the arts through drawings and ceramics.

In 1981, Ms. Tee and Charles Triggs met each other, then began to date and conceived their daughter, Torrie. After the passing of her parents in 1992, she moved to Columbus, Ohio and began to start a new life. Everyone loved her free spirit and the fact that she spoke her mind with honesty, in which the kids gravitated toward her and she took in as many kids as her own. In 1997, she dated Bertam Nesbit and they conceived Phyllicia.

She became a member of Adoration and Peace in _________ to teach Sunday School and made sure that she made every function with Dr. Christan, whether they traveled or not. Once she found her peace, she began to rekindle her love for arts and crafts by faithfully attending Columbus Center for Human Services Supportive Community Living until her passing.
