Terry Lee Carr, 63 years old, gracious and loving brother, uncle, great-uncle, cousin, and beloved friend, made his transition from this earthly existence to his heavenly home on September 24, 2019, at Mount Carmel East Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
He was born in Chicago Illinois and raised in Columbus, Ohio. He was an avid reader, very intelligent, and relished being alone for hours or days on end, often immersed in politics. As a result, he understood the world and what was going on around him. Terry also enjoyed watching TV, listening to music, painting, and spending time with family and friends.
Terry is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ruth Carr. He leaves to cherish his memories, brothers, Rick Casey and Vernon Carr; sisters, Debra Carr and Angela Carr; sister-in-law, Beverly Casey; as well as a host of nieces/great-nieces, nephews/great-nephews, cousins, and special friends.

Though this is his final “earthly” greeting. Weep not, for there has been a “special” banquet prepared, Terry’s the “special” guest and it’s JESUS CHRIST he’s meeting! So every time you see a single drop of rain that settles itself on your minds window pane, or each time you see the sun piercing boldly through the clouds, listen, because he’s whispering, “I LOVE YOU” though you can’t hear him out loud!
