Terry L. Sims, age 57, of Columbus Ohio, passed away on December 24, 2022 at Mt. Carmel Medical Center.
Terry was born on August 26, 1965 to Anna Sims and Robert Sims in Columbus Ohio.
Terry was the father to 6 children, Jamon Wright, Tieria Wright, Teiamber Wright, Terry Parish, Denny Sims, and Kamerin Sims and the grandfather to 15 grandchildren, who he leaves to cherish his memories.
Terry was known and had a love for cooking, spending time with his family and listening to music.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Anna Sims; grandparents, Earnest and Roberta Moon; aunt, Geneva Phillips; uncle, William Moon; and niece, Ariel Taylor.
Terry is survived by his children, Jamon (Tykeisha Lindsey-Wright) Wright, Tieria Wright, Teiamber Wright, Terry Parrish, Denny Sims, and Kamerin Sims; grandchildren, Tina (Dondiego) Taylor, Dymond Dailey, Jamon Wright Jr., Tyler Wright, Tationna Wright, Ja’Son Wright, Jacion Wright, Ariyah Wright, Savion Ashford, Ty’ion Wright, Tamira Wright, Tashalya Wright, Jordan Cousin, Gerald Cousin, Kingston Wright, and Talayah Wright- Colvin; partner, Kameria Echols; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation 1:00pm and Funeral 2:00pm Friday, January 6, 2023 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE NORTH, 2500 Cleveland Ave.
