Theodora Lynn Westbrook-El was born on August 6, 1969. She departed this life on March 19, 2022.
Theodora was a track runner at Champion. She kept all the kids and grandkids. She loved to have small children around her.
Theodora was preceded in death by her father, Theodore Meadows; grandmother, Annibell Foster; aunts, Ann James and Yolanda Peter; uncle, William Martin; and sisters, Mary Jo Norwood, Linda Meadows, and Carol Meadows. Also surviving are her mother, Donna Stoumile, children, Emmanuel (Brandi) Stoumile, Raymond Stoumile, Larry Stoumile, Shonetta (Charles) Boyce, Alvin Wood, Jessica Wood, Jashana Stoumile, and Justin (Bre) Stoumile; siblings, Patricia Stoumile, Vanessa Stoumile, Anthony Stoumile, Geneva Bursay, Anna Norwood; 13 grandchildren which she loves to the moon and back; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
