Thomas Alexander Wolfe was born on August 23, 1939 in Sparta, North Carolina to Lester and Pauline Wolfe. He left this earthly life on February 21, 2018.
Thomas’ father died at an early age and his mother married Charles Grant. He spent time in Sparta, North Carolina, Columbus, Ohio, and Chicago, Illinois. He married Joan Johnson on December 21, 1964 in Maywood, Illinois. They were divorced in 1985 and Thomas never remarried.
Thomas is preceded in death by parents Lester Wolfe and Pauline Grant (Bishop Charles), sister Ella Mae (Ruben), Ester (Delmar), brother Robert Clay, nephew Robert Jr., and niece Joann.
He leaves to cherish his memory with sons Thomas Jr. (Tamara), Paul, Gregory (Rose), grandchildren Brittney (32), Thomas III (23), Parker (17), Jalen (15), Jackson (13), Easton (7), Seeley (5), Lilo (8 months), and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation 12:00pm and Funeral 1:00pm Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Grace New covenant Apostolic Church 1643 Aberdeen Ave.
