I’m sorry to hear of Thomasinas passing. I worked around her on CPD and remembered this feisty little lady giving it to a bus driver once. Ever since that incident, I had nothing but respect for this fire cracker. I know she’s keeping things straight in heaven.
I pray His comfort will surround her family.

So sorry to received the news of a work acquaintance. Thomasina was one of the most positive individuals I’ve ever known with a lot of love to share. I still grin about her reaction in the office she shared with a coworker in narcotics that became a taxidermy display overnight. I know she is watching over the family and smiling from above.

So sorry to hear of Thomasinas passing, she used to get a kick out of me calling her Thumbolina, prayers to the family and many friends

Thomasina was a wonderful person, a dedicated police officer and a dear friend. We worked many cases with Tommie when she was with the Narcotics Bureau. She was a joy to be around. Thomas — you were the light of her life. She spoke of you often. You have our deepest sympathies.

We are so sorry to hear of Tomasinas passing. At CPD she was more than a coworker, she was a partner and a friend from our early days in Narcotics. We have much to thank her for, especially for loaning her flashlight to Gary. We will miss her great attitude and smile. She will truly be with the angels.

I am very sorry to hear of Tommie’s passing. My husband Mike Blake worked with her at airport narcotics team. He spoke of her often and i think they really enjoyed working together. Mike passed away over 12 yrs ago. My heart is with you and your family at this sad time.

Thomasina was one of a kind. There was nobody like her. Her laugh was infectious and I never saw her without a smile on her face and encouragement on her lips. Prayfully she is on a fast track to Heaven to brighten up the area. May loved ones be comforted, knowing that she loved you with her whole heart.

Thomas & Family – Tommie was truly a lovely person and partner on the Police Dept. In Narcotics, we relied heavily on all of our partners and Tommie was one of those trusted people. She spoke of you many times Thomas and how proud of your growth physically and mentally. You should be so very proud of her great stature even though she was vertically challenged as she always told me. Thomisana is now in Heaven overlooking us all, I hope anyways. Sending healing prayers for the family. Thomasina was a great person and a wonderful friend. She and I worked together at Accelerated. She was such a bright spot in everyone’s lives. We used our magic wands in the office to calm everyone. I know she is dancing with the angels.

The news of Thomasina’s passing hit me hard. She was a friend, a coworker, a dedicated and very hard working officer. She took me under her wing in narcotics and made sure I didn’t get into too much trouble. I remember her smiles her laughs and her heart. I’ll truly miss you Momasina. REst in peace.

Rest in Heaven “Mom”. It has taken me awhile to accept that you are gone. God gives me comfort in knowing that you are no longer in pain. You fought a good fight until the very end. Thomasina ( she was known as Elaine to us) was my friend at Linden McKinley High school. We graduated in 1968. She was the mascot for our football and basketball teams and looked adorable in her Panther costume. I remember her sweet smile, rosy cheeks and wonderful personality. When she smiled at you, you knew it was sincere. She will be a ray of sunshine in the hereafter just as she was here on earth. RIP dear Elaine.

I remember Thomasina as Elaine. We were in the same high school graduating class. Though we never encountered one another beyond high school, I remember Elaine as being very bright, friendly, warm, and forever smiling.

I was very saddened to hear of Thommie’s illness and passing. She was such a gifted and generous person who was a wonderful friend throughout our school days, when she was known as Elaine. Also during the time we were neighbors when both of our sons were babies, and during our times working on the Columbus Police Department. You will be greatly missed.

I just found out about her passing. I met her roughly around 2006-2007 when I was going through the process of trying to get onto CPD. From that day she became a dear friend to me. I use to call her at work and we would catch up on how things were with one another. Amazing person and friend

Im so deeply saddened by this news. My bday twin was a beautiful, spirited, inspirational woman. Trully loved and always in our hearts. I just found this out so I am stunned, but may God continue to shed light, love, and blessings amongst her family.
