Timothy Rodney Armistead was born November 16, 1971 to Bertha Lee Armistead and Joe Logan in Columbus, OH. He went home to be with the Lord on March 14, 2020.

Timothy attended Linden McKinley High School, home of the Panthers, where he excelled in Football and Basketball. He was employed by Ohio Health Grant Hospital for 16 years, and Enterprise.

Tim was such a joyful person, always smiling, great personality, and blessing to be around. Tim loved nothing more than his family, and fashion. He was classic. Tim was the Green Bay Packers #1 fan. He was also an active member of his church True Love Ministries, where he served on the Ministry of Security. He was a loving Husband, Father, Brother, Uncle Cousin, Nephew, and Friend to many. Tim always remained grounded. He never forgot where he came from, 23rd 4 Life.

Timothy was preceded in death by his father, Joe Logan; grandparents, Reverend John Lee Armistead and Josephine Armistead; aunt and uncle, Charles Hale and Diane Hale.

Timothy is survived by his devoted wife, Jeanetta Armistead; loving mother, Bertha L. Armistead; mother in law, Jean Clyburn; children, Timothy, Destini, Tyree (Yvonne), Taquan, Tyshad, Maurice and Maurkel; 17 grandchildren; sister, Annette Thomas; brothers Robert (Marie), Hiawathia (Thomasina), Sherwin (Kristy), Melvin, and Antonio (Tinesha; sister in law, Diana; brother in law, Bruce; 40 nieces and nephews; special cousins, John Wade and Bianca Chisolm; special aunt, Ella Armistead;special neice Sherria Armistead, special nephew, Cameren Armistead; best friend, Tyron Davenport; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation 11:00am and Funeral 12:00pm Monday, March 23, 2020 at True Love Ministries, 1634 Minnesota Ave.

Interment at Green Lawn Cemetery.
