Tina Yolanda Hester

Tina Yolanda Hester, age 60. Sunrise July 16, 1960 and Sunset April 4, 2021 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.  Tina Hester was born in Columbus, Ohio to the late Willie and Betty Harris. She was a graduate of Linden McKinley High School.

 

Tina was a retired machine operator for Pepsi Cola Bottling Co. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren/great grandchildren.  She will be remembered most for her smile and loving personality.

 

She is survived by her daughters Remona Hester, Carla Hester (Stefan), Carleia Hester, grand children Demonte’ Hester (Essence), DeMyra Hester (Michael), J’onna Burger (De’tarius), DeNaya Hester-Jenkins, Richaun Hester, Shania, Neveah, Jeremiah, Jaurius, great grandchildren Khalani, Kemoni, De’tarius, and De’zhon, Kingston, special friends Richard Jenkins and Jamie Rice.

 

She was preceded in death her son Carl Eugene Hester Jr, father Willie Harris, mother Betty Harris. Tina leaves to cherish her memory a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and family.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Private Visitation 10:00 AM and Private Funeral Service 11:00 AM Friday, April 23, 2021 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST, 5456 E. Livingston Ave. (one block east of Noe Bixby, turn North on Lonsdale Rd.). Interment at Evergreen Burial Park.
