T’Naya Shanice Douglas, 19, passed away on November 26, 2021. T’Naya was born on March 2, 2002 in Mansfield, OH to Frank Douglas Sr. and Tyshawna Reed.
T’Naya attended Mansfield Senior High and IMAC.
She is preceeded in death by her grandfather, Tyrone Pender and great grandmother, Callie Mae Canada.
T’Naya is survived by daughters, Camarionna Reed and Carmani Douglas; mother, Tyshawna Reed; father, Frank (Christine) Douglas Sr.; siblings, Alexis and Shaniaya Douglas, Amarion, Nykeia, and Na’shaiyah Williams, Tyshawn Reed, Kamryn, Frank Jr., Traevon, Devan, Kevin, Jayden Brittany Douglas and Alajae Mack; grandmothers, Luvena Reed and Pamela Douglas; aunts, Rosalind Reed and LaToya DeVall; uncle, Kenneth(Tammy) Reed,;godmother, Rochelle Willis; godsister, Rogiana Smith; special friend, Baquarius James Reese; special cousin, Milton Reed, her Forever 19 Crew and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation 10am and Funeral 11am Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at Maddox Memorial COGIC 1148 Walker Lake Rd. Mask and Social Distancing are required. Interment at Mansfield Cemetery.

I do not know you or your daughter, I lost my 23 year old son in an accident in May and I wanted to express my sincere sympathy to you. This is a pain that no parent should ever have to experience. Please know that your family is in my thoughts.
