Toya Lynn Wade, age 62. Sunrise April 22, 1957, and Sunset June 13, 2019. Toya was born in Circleville, Ohio, raised in Columbus Ohio, later moved to California, and was a lifelong resident in Columbus Ohio.
She worked as an aircraft engineer for Roar Industries in California, and later transferred back home to work for Rockwell Industries in Columbus Ohio. Toya graduated from Adult Day high school, and attended some college at CTI for law. Toya enjoyed cooking, and being around family and friends, especially her lifelong friends Vivian Rankin, and Teresa Burney. Toya was loving, caring, and was very loyal to everyone. Toya and Chris was always allowing people into their home that needed a place to stay.
She is survived by her lifelong partner Chris Zellner, her sister Kinnetha Woods, brother Michael Wade, Niece’s Fatina Richards, Daisha Richards, Destiny Richards, DaMya Richards, and Eva Dalton, Nephew’s Wayne Woods Jr., Kiante Woods, and Caleb Woods and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents Ronald and Alberta Wade, grandparents, Albert and Daisy Harris, and Oliver and Gwenethel Wade, and sister Diane Wade, and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation 11:00am and Funeral 12:00pm Friday, June 21, 2019 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE NORTH, 2500 Cleveland Ave.

To the Wade family. My heart is with you and your family at this time of your loss. There is comfort in knowing God’s promises about the resurrection hope. (Acts 24:15) and (John 5:28,29) In the past God has resurrected humans and He is eager to do it again because He hates death.
