Victor Dee Williams was born on October 21,1966 in Columbus, Ohio, to Mary Louise Williams and Theodore Fulton.

He accepted Christ as his savior at an early age. He attended Eastmoor High School.

If there are givers and takers in this world, Victor was certainly the former. Whether on the football field, boxing at OYC, Mt. Vernon Recreation Center, Blackburn Recreation Center and for the Fair-grounds, Victor gave his best.  Victor also enjoyed his cars. He had a habit of making sure that those around him were well fed. He loved to sing even when he was making up the songs himself. Victor truly loved being around his family and calling them several times a day just to hear their voices.

He is preceded in home going by his parents Mary Louise Williams and Theodore Fulton, sister Tina M. Williams, son Treigh D. Martin, nephew Frank Westbrook, aunts Charlotte Brydie, Earlene Wiley, Carolyn Cummings, Lena Carter and Geraldine M. Cannon-Fitzgerald and uncle Ricky Fitzgerald.

He will be cherished and fondly remembered by his Sons; Travell D Martin and Samuel L. Adams, Grandchildren; Miangel Hale, Yeceriah Martin and Ladaeja Martin, of Columbus. Brother Clifford Tiller; Sisters; Melody L. Chatman, Marla Kay {Bishop Alphonso} Guice; Velma D. Williams; Niece/Sister Felicia M. Williams; Aunts Roseann Noble, Leona Scott, Susie Bolt, Charlene {Olin} White, Marlene Whitson, Uncles; Larry {Patricia} Fitzgerald, Robert Fitzgerald, William Fitzgerald and Timmy Fitzgerald and Goddaughter, Micrissa Williams. Special Friend Jerome Sampson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving relatives and friends.
