Vivian J. Smith, age 90, passed away peacefully on March 26, 2018 at OSU Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. She was born June 27, 1927 in Springfield, West Virginia to Humphrey and Pearl (Fairfax) Lantz.

Vivian truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, spending time with family, capturing memories through photos, and shopping.

Vivian is survived by her children, Debra Blakey, Andrew Smith Jr, Pamela (Kevin) Owens, Angela Ervin, David Smith, James Smith, and Roxanne Madison; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and others whose lives she touched.

Vivian will be sincerely missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing and loving her.

Visitation 11:00am and Funeral 12:00pm Friday, March 30, 2018 at Marlan J. Gary Funeral Home, The Chapel of Peace North, 2500 Cleveland Ave.

Interment at Eastlawn Cemetery.
