Willette M. Howard, age 74, of Mansfield, Ohio passed away after a short illness, on Monday March 20, 2023 surrounded by her family.

She was born on March 15, 1949 in Brownsville TN. She lived in Mansfield Ohio most of her life. She was the daughter of the late Turner Day and Bertha Lee Gray.

Willette was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, treasuring her family and friends above all else.

A proud and dedicated worker, Willitte retired from General Motors Corp. after over 30 years. She was skilled in her trades as a tool and die maker. She was passionate about education and was admired for her brilliant mind.

She was a loving mother who loved to travel and spend time with her family. She will be missed dearly by family and friends.

Willette is survived by her two sons; Tony (Velma) Bond, Andre (Kim) Bond, godson; Jay (Belinda) Lindsay, 7 grandchildren; Carlos, LaShonda (CJ), Shanice, Kiara, Raven, Asia and Andre “Bubby” Bond Jr., 7 great grandchildren who brought her immense joy, 5 sisters; Carolyn, Betty (Paul),Connie (David) , Ernestine, Geneva and 6 brothers; Turner Lee, Edward (Ethel), Clarence Earl (Dora), Ezekiel (Linda), Marvin, Phillip ( Yolanda), special friends; LaVerne, Peaches, Sue, and the late Lillian Scott.

Visitation 10:00 AM and Funeral Service 11:00 AM Friday, March 24, 2023 at Latter Rain COGIC, 259 Glessner Ave. Interment at Mansfield Cemetery Association. Ministry of Comfort entrusted to MARLAN J.
