William Pierre Garner was born July 22. 1979 to JoAnnetta Council and William Garner Sr. On February 14, 2019 at the age 39, William “ Pierre” Garner passes away.
Pierre was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. He graduated from Eastmoor Academy High School in 1996.
Pierre is preceded in death by his mother, JoAnnetta Council Truss; Sister Garthene “Sharee” Council; Aunts Debroah Council and Althea Council; Uncle Kevin Council; and grandparents Joseph and Garthene Council.
Pierre survived by his father William Garner Sr, and Uncle Loren Council.
He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing and loving him.
