William Henry Jackson, Jr., a proud veteran of the United States Army, passed away early morning on April 25, 2022.

Bill was born July 22, 1943 and grew up in Columbus, Ohio. He attended Central High School.

At the age of 22, Bill enlisted in the Army. He valued his service highly and attained the rank of E-4. Awarded for his service, Bill received 2 Overseas Bars, the Vietnam Campaign Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, and an Expert Medal for Rifle M-14.

Proud business owner of Bill’s Dumpster Rentals, Bill has proudly provided quality affordable service to Columbus and the surrounding areas over the last 20 plus years.

Bill is preceded in death by his father; William Jackson, Sr., mother; Lola Clay, brother; John Jackson, and loving wife; Anne Jackson.

Bill is survived by host of family and friends. He’ll be remembered for his great sense of humor, heart of gold, and never hesitating to help someone.

William H. Jackson, Jr. is a man by which other men should be measured. We love you Bill.
