William Fred Turner was born May 25, 1964 to Mable Turner and Sam Larry Turner. He departed this life on June 23, 2020.

William retired from Columbus Castings where he was a dedicated employee who worked hard and bought laughter to all those he worked with.

William had all the funny stories and could make you laugh. He loved his family and would give you the shirt off his back.

William is preceded in death by his parents, Mable Turner and Sam Larry Turner; great grandparents, Toney Jackson and Marie Jackson; sisters, Barbara Hunt and Doris Powell; brothers, Bethel Hunt, Clarence Minniefield, and Sam Turner; nephew, Kenneth Turner; nieces, Barbara Germany, Tashai Taylor, LaRonda Turner, and April Turner; uncles, Toney Jackson, Don Jackson, James Turner and Robert Jackson

William leaves to cherish his memory, sons, William Turner Jr, Anthony Turner, and Curtis Wright; daughter, Eric Wright; brothers, James Turner and Thomas Turner; sisters, Sandra and Sally Turner; aunts, Norma Jean Benvenutti, Laura Bell Morton, and Rose Marie Curry; best friend, Ron Reed; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

William will be truly missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.

Private Services entrusted to MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE NORTH, 2500 Cleveland Ave.

Interment at Evergreen Burial Park.
