William C. “Billy” Wheatley Jr. was born March 10, 1967 to Eileen and William Wheatley. He departed this earth on February 11, 2020 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Billy grew up in Marion, Ohio and attended school at St. Mary’s and Marion Catholic until the 10th grade when he transferred to Rock Island High School in Illinois.

Billy graduated from Rock Island High School where he was honored with being the number one French student at Rock Island High. He went on to attend Augustana College in Rock Island. Bill’s favorite past time was spent cooking, most especially breakfast.

Billy is preceded in death by grandparents, William Keuchler, Mary E. Keuchler Reece, and Clifford and Bernadine Wheatley.

Billy leaves to cherish his precious memories, parents, Eileen and William (Sharon) Wheatley Sr.; sisters, Tonya (Scottie), Nicole, Paulette (Matt), Lindsey, and Shiobhan (Jerry); brother, Austin; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

We all may have fond memories of him and we hold them in our hearts.

Memorial Service 1:00pm Saturday, March 14, 2020 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE NORTH 2500 Cleveland Ave.
