Andrew Lee Williams was born September 8, 1949 to Roosevelt and Rosette Williams. Andrew (Boot) gave his life to the Lord and savior Jesus Christ at the age of 8 years old.
After graduating from Martian Mission High School, Andrew migrated to Columbus Ohio in 1968 to be with his older siblings.

While only being in Ohio for short period time, Andrew decided to join the army in 1971. Most of Andrew’s tour was served in South Korea. While in the Army Andrew worked as a cook, as well as protect his country.

Andrew (Boot) was a devoted partner to his significant other Debbie Davis. They lived for cabarets, fishing, and traveling. He also loved to cook and have a good time. Andrew was a wonderful father to both his biological and stepchildren. Most of all he like spending time with his grandchildren.

He will be greeted in heaven by his mother and father, Roosevelt and Rosetta Williams, two older brothers, Roosevelt Jr. and Rosefrank Williams, two older sisters, Juanita and Hattie Pearl Williams, and stepson, Raymond Davis amongst many other loved ones.
