Mr. Braxton C. Daniels Sr., 86, passed away on March 28, 2022. Braxton was born on September 27, 1935 in Andalusia, AL to John Daniels Sr and Maggie Barber.
Braxton served in the U.S. Marines during the Korean War and retired after 35 Years at Detroit Empire Steel and he enjoyed playing golf.
He is preceeded in death by his parents; siblings, Donald Washington, LaConnie Jackson, Cephas Daniels, Lucille Tyler and Brenda Daniels and grandson Cedric Daniels.
Braxton is survived by sons, Kevin (Cassandra) Carter and Braxton (Sharonda) Daniels Jr.; daughters Rena Daniels, Valarie Daniels and Debra Carter; brothers, Dewitt Daniels and Hubert (Thelma) Daniels; 12 grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends..
Visitation 11:00am and Funeral 12:00 noon Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE MANSFIELD 753 McPherson St. (formerly Williams Funeral Services).
