Britten Mathew Jones Sr., 36, affectionately called “BJ” was born on May 2, 1985 in Portsmouth, Ohio to Brigitte A. Lisath and John D. Jones. He transitioned from this earthly life on Thursday, May 13, 2021.

BJ attended and graduated from Groveport Madison High School in 2003.  He loved music and was a recording music artist.  BJ had a big heart, he loved children and made friends wherever he went. BJ was known as a jokester and knew how to keep everyone in the room laughing.

Britten was preceded in death by his Wife, Autumn Haley-Jones.

He is survived by his Mother, Brigitte A. Lisath of Columbus, OH and his Father, John (Ingrid) Jones of Columbus, OH; three Sons, Daviveante (D-Man), Britten (Little BJ), and Jaylen; two Daughters, KaMyra and Summer; three Sisters Brittney Jones, Jonelle Jones, and Julia Jones of Columbus OH; his Grandmother, Josette (Bill) Stewart; Grandfather, James Liggings Sr. of Chillicothe, OH and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends.

Britten will be forever missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing and loving him.

Visitation 11:00 AM and  Funeral Service 12:00 PM Saturday, May 22, 2021 at Apostolic Lighthouse Temple, 2161 Lehner Road 43224.

Interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
