Denise Rostein York, age 65, affectionately called Neicy was born on June 2, 1957, in Maryland to Alvin and Gladys York. Denise went home to be with the Lord on May 23, 2023.
Denise’s family moved to Ohio, Texas, back to Ohio, and then to Massachusetts then back to Ohio again where her father retired from the military.
Denise was employed at DFW where she loved to work and shop obviously. She also loved her family and friends.
Denise leaves behind to cherish her memories sisters, Kathi, Signa and Karen; nieces Shina, Michelle, Ashley, Rachel, Lyndsey, Erin, Kandace. Leanna and Kyrah, nephews; Christopher and Alex. She also had a special relationship with her stepchildren , Cordalyn, Kasha Howize, Shayne Battista and grandchildren, Sr’ Miyah Royal Jackson Kaleyah McAfee.
Visitation 10:00 AM and Funeral Service 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST, 5456 E. I am so sorry for the York Family. I grew up with them we are part of the Atwood Terrace Family. My prayers goes out to all of the family. God Bless You all.
Wish I could be there celebrating her life, I am very sorry that I never met Denise but Kathi has often spoken of her. May God be with all of you and with Denise as she enters heaven. I have no doubt she will be missed by all
