Ebbie Lee Jennings, 78, of Mansfield, Ohio passed this life on February 18, 2023 after an extensive illness.

Ebbie was born July 23, 1944 to Robert and Elsie Allen in Andalusia, Alabama. Ebbie graduated from Mansfield Senior High School in 1962. She started her first job at Independent Towel as a Laundry Attendant. She also worked at Woodlawn Nursing Home as Nurse’s Aide and lastly at Edge Plastics as a Machine Operator.

Ebbie met and married her beloved Husband, David Jennings Jr., in February of 1970. Some of her favorite things to do was cooking, doing hair, and spending time with her family.

Ebbie is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers; Earl Allen, GW Allen, Richard Allen and her brother-in-law; William “Jody” Hunter.

She is survived by her husband; David Jennings Jr., her four sons; Pernell (Keisha) Allen, Keith (Kimberly) Allen, David Junior Jennings Ill, and Darewin Jennings, four sisters; Janice Hunter, Hasty Strothers, Darlene Allen, Tara Green, and a sister-in-law; Gloria Orgazi, eight grandchildren; Raphael Clemons, Ashley (Harry) Birdow, Pernell Dion (Rebecca) Allen, Kayla Allen, Taylor Allen, Kara Allen, Keith (Mary) Allen II, and Jordan Jennings.

In addition to those mentioned previously, she also leaves a host of great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
