Our families go back a long ways. Even before I could peddle a bike, I knew who Ms. Julia was. My dad, the late Donald E Judge, Sr, and Ms. Julia were good friends. I offer prayers of condolences and of strength and encouragement during this difficult time. We love Ms. Julia in life and now in death. She has built a strong family. Continue her beautiful legacy. May The Almighty soothe your souls. God bless you all!
