(Kim)berly L. Gossett, age 56, Sunrise August 15, 1966, to Sunset June 12 th , 2023. Kim was educated in the Columbus Public School system, graduating from South High School, class of 1984. After graduation, Kim obtained her Bachelors and Masters. She was currently pursuing her Doctorate of Psychology while working at Reynoldsburg City Schools. Kim was very caring, selfless, tender-hearted, an encourager, kind to All, a servant, affectionate, humble, and a thoughtful loving woman with a gentle soul.

Kim had an infectious smile that you could be sure to receive at each greeting. Always complimentary. She was able to find a way to give her positive energy, or compliments to any and everyone. She knew no strangers! She left a lasting impression wherever she went. She Always enjoyed being in the presence of people. She loved people and she especially loved her family. Those who weren’t family became family because Kim made sure you knew you were family to her.

She is preceded in death by parents Barbara A. (Gossett) Jessie, Charles R. Smith Sr. and brother Terrence D Gossett.

Heartfelt memories will be cherished by Shawnda Gossett (daughter), Anthony Wilson (son), Joshua Wilson (son), Maddison Duck (daughter), Charles Smith (son), Jayden Wilson (grandson), Talia Gossett (granddaughter), Oliva Gossett (granddaughter), Summer Wilson (granddaughter), Nyla Wilson (granddaughter), Marley Wilson (granddaughter), Sisters, Her Twin, Karen (John) Grimes-Gossett, Sandra Gossett, Hazel Morgan Brother Curtis Gossett Sr, as well as a host of siblings nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and friends.

Kimberly will be sincerely missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing and loving her.

Therefore, each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one
body. Ephesians 4:25

Visitation 1:00 PM and Funeral Service 2:00 PM Saturday, July 1, 2023 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST, 5456 E. Livingston Ave. (one block east of Noe Bixby, turn North on Lonsdale Rd).

We started playing basketball against each other in elementary than we joined up and played together for Roosevelt Jr High School, our daughter’s played together, on and off during our lives we found ourselves connecting, even working together!
