Lee Edward Madison was born on June 22, 1967, in Columbus, Ohio. He graduated from West High School in 1985 and played varsity football his sophomore and junior season. Lee was a Dallas Cowboy fan for life, enjoyed cooking on the grill with friends and family, and an avid fisherman. His early years were spent in the Milo Grogan area and Bolivar Arms formulating life-time friendships and bonds while working at McDonalds during high school and later at Palmer-Donavin.

Lee departed life on October 14, 2022. Lee was preceded in death by his children, LaVale Madison and La’Varr Madison; ex-wife, Luvenia Simmons Madison; parents, Audrey Mae (Redman) Madison and Toney William Jackson; and brother, Jeffrey Madison.

Lee leaves to cherish his memories his children, Lee Madison Jr., Quetta Tyson, LeeAnna Madison, and Luvenia “Peaches” Madison; grandchildren, Lee Madison III, My’Shawn Madison, and Amayah King; sister, Marilyn Madison; brothers, Myron Madison, Trent Madison, Timothy Madison, Mark Madison, and Toney Madison; and long list of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other lifelong friends.

Visitation 10:00am and Funeral 11:00am Friday, October 28, 2022 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE NORTH, 2500 Cleveland Ave.

Interment at Eastlawn Cemetery.
