Leroy Weatherspoon Jr., 59, passed away Thursday December 15, 2022 at Ohio Health Hospital, Mansfield, Ohio.
Leroy was born on June 8, 1963 to the late Leroy and Dorothy Weatherspoon Williams. He was a great father, beloved brother, cherished uncle, and amazing friend. Leroy enjoyed spending time with family, eating, laughing, and creating lifelong memories. He was a kind and giving person to everyone. Leroy spent many years in the service industry working at Premier Auto Center.
Leroy is survived by 2 sons Joey and Leroy Chapman; a sister Rhonda (Rev. Bruce) Bond, 3 brothers Larry (Jessica) Weatherspoon, Lester Weatherspoon, and Anthony Weatherspoon; 7 grandchildren; and a host of Nieces, nephews, cousins and a special friend Steve Taylor.
In addition to his parents Leroy and Dorothy Williams, Leroy is preceded in death by a sister Marchelle Weatherspoon and a brother Ronald Weatherspoon.
A Homegoing Celebration will be Thursday December 22, 2022 at 11 am with a Visitation at 10 am at THE MARLAN GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE MANSFIELD 753 McPherson St. (formerly Williams Funeral Services).
