Lucille Bennett lived to be 89 years old. She was born to Mable Padgett and William Fuller, June 6th,1931.

Lucille was born, raised, and educated in Farmington, West Virginia. As the matriarch she was destined to be, she was always striving to help someone along the way. Loving, nurturing, and so kind-hearted, everyone she crossed paths with loved her. Lucille worked and retired from Doctors Hospital West after 30 years.

Lucille was preceded in death by her husband Sergeant Wilson Bennett; son Eddie Bennett; sisters Lois, Bernice, Vivian; brothers William, Lenard, Hershel, and Felix.

Lucille is survived by her son, Darrell Bennett of Columbus, Ohio; sister, Bessie Watson of Dayton Ohio; brother, Robert Reed of Middletown Ohio; special friend, Barbara Blunt; granddaughters, Shelly, Samantha, Brittney, Inndia, Ebonie, Deeshawna, and Lisa; grandsons, Darrell “D.A”, Roshawn, Don “Red”, and Brian; a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Lucille will be truly missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

Private services Visitation 10:00 AM and Funeral Service 11:00 AM

Friday, July 31, 2020 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE NORTH 2500 Cleveland Ave.

A mask is mandatory.

Interment at Eastlawn Cemetery.
