Michael Anthony Jackson passed away January 27, 2018 at Riverside Methodist Hospital after battling a ongoing illness.
Michael was born August 17, 1960 to Nelta Mae Jackson and Jeff Thomas Jackson in Mansfield where he spent his life. He attended Mansfield senior high school and worked a host of jobs until he became employed at general motors’ in the late 70’s where he spent most of his time for 20 years until he retired. He was a very hard working man who loved to play chess, loved nice clothes, cologne, and Cadillac’s and most of all he loved his family especially his mother, daughter, and grandchildren. Family meant everything to him.
Michael is preceded in death by father Jeff Thomas Jackson, sisters Juanita Jackson, Druscilla Jackson, and great niece Equazah Jackson.
Michael leaves to cherish his memory with his loving mother Nelta Jackson, only child Tasha Allen, grandchildren Norian Lindsay, Zubre’ya Lindsay, “True love” of his life Darlene Allen, brother Donald Jackson, sisers Betty Jackson, Debra Jackson, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation 10:00am and Funeral 11:00am Friday, February 2, 2018 at Shiloh Baptist Church, 130 E. Second St. Mansfield, Ohio 44902.
Interment at Mansfield Cemetery.

Wow truly shocked and said to learn this….. I haven’t seen Michael since 77’ but knew him and his family very well …. we crew up together and went to the same church and school….. my prayers are with you Jackson family
