Mitchell S. Harden was born May 21, 1960. In Monroe, Michigan. He was born to James and Helen Harden (Stewart).

Mitchell was an avid fan of Michigan and their football team. He really enjoyed classic cars, crime TV shows, time with dog Bubba, church and hanging out with friends.

Mitchell is preceded in death by his father, James W. Harden and his mother, Helen A Harden (Stewart).

Mitchell is survived by his children, Allison Cote, Holly (James) Crawford, Eric (Whitney) Harden; Mother of his children, Alayna Matson; Siblings, Alex Harden, Daniel Harden, Todd Harden; 10 Grandchildren; Partner of 9 years, Sarah Harlan as well as a host of other family members.

Mitchell will be forever missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.

Private Visitation 1:00 PM and Private Funeral 2:00 PM Saturday, November 20, 2021 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST, 5456 E. Livingston Ave. (one block east of Noe Bixby, turn North on Lonsdale Rd).

I have known Mitchell for 20 years, I remember the first time I met him he asked me how many brothers and sisters I have, I replied “I have 3 half sister’s different mother” he looked at me “brother’s?” Shook my head no…..He said “yes you do I’m your brother now”……….
Not to many people out there shows love and care, but Mitchell was always there for me everytime I talk to him he puts a smile on my face…….
He is special people need to find it in there hearts to forgive him of his past….Because no mater what, he loved us all until his last breath. AMEN…….
