Condolence from Aunt Erin and Uncle Bill on August 9th, 2021 12:42 pm

When I visited Ohio (from Phoenix) for her Aunt Maureen’s surprise birthday party, Tara was the first one I saw in the house. She looked radiant! We talked on the patio later, and she expressed, with great enthusiasm, her desire to head West “someday”, as she had never seen that part of the country. I would have so loved to have shown her around Arizona. As we know, life is way too short. I’m so sorry she never made it out West. May we try to make our “somedays” closer to our today’s. Tara, you are in the ultimate place of beauty. Rest well, my niece, and one day we will see you again.

Condolence from Christopher Towers on August 9th, 2021 11:53 pm

My heart weighs with a heavy sadness, that I haven’t seen or heard from my big sister since our fathers passing. I’ll never get the chance to ask the questions I desperately needed to ask her. Talk about Jazz or The Buckeyes. It gives me a certain solace in knowing that she touch the hearts of so many. And I thank you all for your kind words about my big sister. I’ll leave with a cherished memory of my sister. It was in the late 80’s, after Batman came out. Our mother had gotten me the soundtrack on cassette tape for Christmas, and I was blasting it on my rocket ship control center (also known as a expensive stereo with lots of buttons for a 5 year old to push repeatedly). With Prince’s Batman playing loud, I remember involuntarily shaking & grooving, (I think it was the first time I ever danced) when I turned around and saw Tara standing there watching. She was laughing so hard, all I could do was stop and laugh with her. Rest in peace Tara.

Condolence from Aunt Mo on August 10th, 2021 10:53 am

Chris, Tara told me she felt you were like her baby because as is often the case in families, being eldest she babysat you often. I dont believe a sister’s love disappears. We all go through stages in this life, things may cause hurt or estrangement…but love is eternal. Hold that in your heart.

Condolence from Christian Donovan on August 10th, 2021 12:53 pm

Tara and I worked together for the last 10+ years and she had such a wonderful spirit with a bright smile and warm laugh who made each day a little brighter for everyone around her. Our office is not the same without her. My deepest sympathies to her family and friends who have lost such a wonderful person. She will be missed by many.

Condolence from Timothy Towers on August 11th, 2021 9:22 am

Man, it’s still hard and heavy on me. Aunt Tara was an amazing person. I’m sorry we fell off and haven’t talked much, especially after I moved. I seen so many pictures she showed me it when I was a baby and toddler ages of being with my dad. Man, I smiled and cried a lot looking at those. It’s still unbelievable because Aunt Tara was a saint. I regret not staying in touch and that’s something I have to live with. You’re in Paradise with no pain, just happiness. I love you and watch over us all.

Condolence from Nancy Gurwin on August 11th, 2021 10:29 am

I will always think of Tara and smile. We have been friends (most importantly) and co-workers for almost 20 years. Tara’s smile and laugh, her constant support and friendship, her strength and courage…just a few of the qualities that made Tara so special. Thank you, Tara, for making me a better person.

Condolence from Stephanie & girls on August 11th, 2021 6:20 pm

I just found out today that Tara had passed today. It broke my heart. (I was gone for Berevmeant for my family) I helped care for Tara at Mayfair, Tara was a person I could talk to even on a busy day. Always asking about my children and my family, my puppy who I brought over. Tara made me happy to come to work and knowing she was there, for me to help with her care. It didn’t seem like work! To Tara’s family I send you prayers and condolences . Amazing and truly beautiful woman inside and out! I will truly miss such a wonderful woman!
