Ms Rita Joyce Dulin, age 83. Sunrise July 14, 1940 and Sunset March 16, 2024.
Rita is survived by siblings, Marietta Thomas and Carolyn (Kary) Catchings; children, Cynthia (Walter) Lowery and Carolyn Seward; grandchildren, Andre (Kamilah) Davis, Akilah Dulin, LaKrisha Lowery, Sherrod Seward, Alycia Lowery, and Seth Seward; great-grandchildren, Daziah Jackson, Amier Davis, Leena Davis, Ameera Williams, and Liam Seward.
She was preceded in death by parents, William Walker, Maebell (Walker) Parsons-Carpenter; siblings, Lawrence Parsons, Mansfield, Ohio, William Parsons of Riverside, California, Evelyn Elizabeth Robinson, Crestline, Ohio; Mattie Jean Spruill, Battle Creek, Michigan; Monabell Grace Smith, Cleveland, Ohio; and son, Oliver Dulin Jr.
Visitation 11:00 AM and Funeral Service 11:30 AM Thursday, April 11, 2024 at Living Faith Apostolic Church, 2177 Mock Rd, Columbus Ohio, Interment at Mansfield Cemetery. Rita was my first beautician at the age of 13. She gave me my relaxer and taught me how to take care of my hair. She inspire me to be a beautician and I did and we work together in her shop for awhile before I move to Columbus. My prayers for the family. RIP Rita

Since I was the eldest in my class I think she was harder on me, although some of my class mates would disagree .they said I was the teachers pet. She shared her knowledge and skill and wisdom of Life with me. May she Rest in Peace.

So sorry for the loss of Rita. She taught Cosmetology at Mansfield City Schools, which was one of the classes that I was the secretary. Rita was always professional and nice. She will be missed. Praying for her family.
