Adrian L. Smith (Tiko) was born on June 8, 1983 to the parents of David Moore Sr. and Karen Smith in Columbus, Ohio. Adrian passed unexpectedly on the evening of May 31, 2023 in Columbus, Ohio, at the age of 39. Adrian formal education was received from Columbus City Schools. He was Golden Glove boxing champion with Columbus Parks and recreation, his profession was bouncer.
He is preceded in death by father David Moore Sr. Grandparents Daniel and Clara Moore, Ralph and Vivian Smith. Stepfather Walter L. Ford. Uncles Michael Moore, Norman and Ronald Findlay. Aunts Debra terry, Carolyn Moore, and Wanda Scott. Cousins Leroy, Chucky, and Tony.
Survived by Mother Karen M. Moore-Ford. Brothers Shawan – DayDay (Nicole) Johnson, Daryl M. Smith , David E Moore Jr.Bonus brother Mark Turner, Brandon and Randy Walker. His only sister Ms. Dacia D. Smith.
Also his children Mariah Wilson – Smith, Aliza Patterson, Honesty Walker – Smith , Desire and Adrian Smith Jr. Creronjania’ Smith, Natieonna Beel – Smith. Bonus daughters Kneisha Miles, Alexis , Shekeyra , Javiera Wells and their mother Linda Wells – Smith. He is also survived by the mother of his children , Chasity Edgerton, Maria Beel , and Denee Nalls and his bonus mother Lisa Walker (Rick). Adrian was the grand father of seven.
