During her time there, she became a cherished member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, forging bonds that would last a lifetime.

Frances was a paragon of generosity, her heart brimming with love and compassion. She never missed an opportunity to celebrate life’s special moments, whether it was a birthday, holiday, or any other occasion. Her love and care knew no bounds.

Her greatest source of pride and joy in life were her children and grandchildren, who she nurtured and cherished with unwavering devotion.

Frances was preceded in death by her beloved William Richardson and Thurman “Bill” Miller. She leaves behind a legacy of love and a family who adored her. She is survived by her loving and dedicated daughter, Courtney Helm, along with her grandchildren Ania Helm and Guy Helm Jr., as well as her (step-son) Bryon Richardson and his children Tiara, Jevon, and Bryon Richardson Jr. She also leaves behind a wide circle of family and friends who will forever hold her memory dear.

In her leisure time, Frances found immense pleasure in reading, shopping, and traveling, her interests flowing seamlessly in no particular order. Her zest for life and her enduring spirit will be fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Frances’ presence enriched the lives of those around her, and her memory will continue to warm our hearts.
