On Saturday October 21st, 2023, Gaylord “Lee” Toler II, age 54, our beloved son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend peacefully entered into eternal rest.

Born in Columbus, Ohio to Gaylord Lee Toler Sr. and Carol Robinson Toler, Lee was raised in Atlanta, GA, where he graduated from Lakeside High school with passion for music. In 2004, Lee married wife Tonya Jackson Toler. The happy couple relocated to his hometown where he later received his associate degree in Leadership Ministry following his bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management at Ohio Christian University in Cicleville, OH. He was then employed at UPS for 17 years where he worked as an operations supervisor until his passing.

During Lee’s lifetime, some of his favorite activities included attending football games, watching his beloved Atlanta Falcons, golfing, having intellectual conversations and hosting family events. He had a huge personality and was known as the “Life of the party’.

Lee is preceded in death by grandparents, Isaiah “Ike” & Lee Anna Toler, Frank and Lillie Robison; aunts, Phyllis “Toni” Hatcher, and Ada Bell Davis; uncles, Charles Brannon, Frank Robinson Jr, Donnie and Ronnie Robinson, and mother-in-law, Barbara Ann Jackson of Little Arkansas.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his beloved wife, Tonya Jackson Toler; mother, Carol Robinson Toler of Covington, GA; father, Gaylord Lee Toler, Sr. of Columbus, OH; in-laws, Paul & Mary Jackson of Little Rock, AR.; sons, Gaylord “Lee” Toler III of Marietta, GA, Garrett Toler of Marietta, GA, Anthony Toler, and Silvester Jackson; daughters, Gabrielle “Gabby” Toler of Covington, GA,; Silkeidra Thomas, Ventrece Thomas and Jada Jackson; sisters, Toschia Toler, Tanya Scott, Tara (Jimmy) Bell, Tyisha (Myron) Wellborn; sister in-law, Valerie (Donnell) Jackson of Little Rock, Arkansas; special uncle, Johnnie Hatcher, aunt Mary (Robert) Patterson, Barbara Brown and Margaret Fuller; 11 grandchildren, and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

Visitation 4:00 PM and Memorial Service 5:00 PM Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST, 5456 E. Livingston Ave. (one block east of Noe Bixby, turn North on Lonsdale Rd).
